Yes we may be struck by the enemy but that doesn't stop us progressing.  Taking steps forward despite the mauling crowd.  Advancing even if we have faltered for a moment ... we brush it off and Rise to the Occasion. This opportune time will not come again, and the Lord uses it to strengthen and embolden

Wow! Such a revelation came to me this morning. Let the #juicing begin!❤ DRUM ROLL! Well I finally invested in a great vertical masticating juicer. The KUVINGS Vertical Masticating Juicer is right up my alley. It's a BEAST ... but it's oh so elegant and refined :) This spread makes ample juice for 2 ppl for the next 3 days.  Why 3 days? It is observed that one of the main reasons Jesus hated the Nicolaitans is due to the way their ecclesia was governed.    They elevated themselves creating a great disparity between leadership & the people.   It is absolutely imperative to submit to, honor and respect elders & authority. However, not so to the point that an unnatural distinction is enforced between the two. . This overly exerted lordship and control is what Jesus hated. Jesus walked and provided the prime example of a healthy relationship between the rabbi and disciple. He sat with them, ate with them, had great intimacy with the 12. What did he mean by this ? 😍 I was struck by this statement by the remarkable #Christian Saint Don Bosco.  Don Bosco lived in the 1800's dedicating his life to helping street kids & delinquents.  I believe this quote was paraphrased from his philosophy of the gospel. It relays such a powerful message .... and yes it's Biblical :)  For the Joy of the Lord is our strength 😍❤   It's a decision that we make at every given moment. .   Joyful Gratitude & Praise have so much power !  Look how the walls of Jericho were brought down... Believing & Celebrating the unseen promise .... Joy, Praise, Thanksgiving , Celebration, JOY do a mighty work bringing great breakthrough and freedom. For a joyful Saint is a fruitful Saint !    Even as we share in Christ's sufferings there is a deep joy in this. Day 12  Well I've decided this detox has run it's course. Phew! :) Yesterday's food cravings were intense, and am not going to go too far against what my body is asking for. So this is the last stretch and by the end of the day today I end my fast. HALLELUJAH! I AM SO EXCITED :) I'm glad it went 12 days. 12 is a good number, symbolizing government. I end this chapter with my thoughts on fasting - I consider fasting a euphoric state   You gain a joy that is not dependent on things people, objects or surroundings   Rather it's a joy that springs from within   Yes indeed it is a spring that begins to flow. This spring that was once stopped up by murky waters   And now it is free to flow. In the fasted state we come to the realization that WE HAVE EVERYTHING WE NEED We just need to peel off the scales to find it. The more we peel off the more we have. Profound! The more we GIVE AWAY the MORE WE RECEIVE. Such is the paradox o

Day 11 Today I experienced a lot of cravings for food but something's different. I notice that my cravings have changed!  I am salivating for raw vegan food. Right now this seems to me to be real, rich food. At the beginning of what the fast I wanted to have food like sandwiches even meat like chicken but now simply the thought of raw vegan noodles with sauce seems like heaven Wow! It's amazing how your taste just change whenever you do a cleanse. You don't have to try to create a change you do your part by focusing on committing to the cleanse and your body and mind simply transforms in the midst of it all.So don't concern yourself with implementing changes because as you detox your body will make known what it needs by it's new desires! And it's new desires are entirely more reliable because your body temple has now become cleaner, clearer, purer! Oberving .... I think seeing Tom eat his delicious salads and his variet

Day 10 I'm still doing well.    Yes I have been getting cravings but they are entirely mental, rather than actual hunger. As I mentioned yesterday as I observe the cravings pass it feels like a workout or a session at the gym. I submit to the workout, allowing the craving to fade away. This develops my muscle the discipline to say no. It appears to apply to saying no to food, but really it applies to everything. It's about taking dominion over the flesh. I thought occurred to me today for many people if they were to hear about an extended juice fast or any form of fast they would say it's impossible or just too challenging. But what you have to bear in mind is that the person you are on day one is very different from the person on the seventh or 14 or 21st day. Your thought process changes during a fast because you were taken through the process of being broken down and we change as a result. So take it one day at a time. What you'

Day 9 Well I am still on the cleanse and for most part of the day it has been easy physically. This morning we baptized a young man in Freedom Park. That was a fantastic experience and my energy never levels were normal and I was doing good. By the afternoon I began to feel heightened euphoria and I went to Trader Joe's to get my supplies of coconut water spinach a couple of bananas and some peaches In fact now my smoothies  ( despite being very thin) are beginning to feel too heavy to me.  I'm considering getting a juicer and juicing entirely instead. I will still do the hot broths, because I like it's warmth and savoury taste. Though I will likely cut out the smoothies ... unless I don't have a choice and it's an emergency This evening  I suddenly had a craving for chicken, and I just thought wow that would be so good! lol :) Do you know what I've learned?     2 July 2017 ❤ Day 8 Liquid Cleanse I found myself devouring videos and books on juice fasting. I actually finished reading the book 'JUICE FEASTING' by Steve Pavlina. It was an excellent read of a lady who did a 92 day juice cleanse. Apparently there are many others out there who have done long term juice feasts and they each say that it gets easier the deeper you go. Wow! There is truly an euphoric sense that develops as the juice cleanse goes on, and I can see how their statements could very well be a reality! We were moving today so I had to do a little bit of physical labor. Despite being on 8 days of liquids I was quite fine. In fact today I felt as if I really do want to challenge myself to go as far as I can take this :) It does feel like NOW is the time to go in deep in EVERY WAY. Not only plunging into scripture but to also thoroughly cleanse my body temple. I feel as though if I don't do it now, there will always be one excuse or another. I

    1 July 2017 Day 7 ❤ Liquid Cleanse - 1 smoothie + green tea + broth + water . It's going so well I've decided to continue. Don't know how long I'll go. I plan to take it day by day :) . I feel like my body is asking for MORE 😊Once you get over the initial discomfort and adapt to the changes, it becomes so enjoyable. . Sounds are heightened, smells are delicious , sleep is improved and today a deep calm blankets me. I'm not ready to give this up just yet 😊it feels too good :) Loving the #bliss ! . Another benefit is quick healing. On the 1st day I had a sensitive tooth. After 7 days on liquids that tooth has healed itself!!! Glory! . You may ask why not pray for the tooth? Some situations call for prayer & some simply require correction. At time the Holy Spirit may direct you to make changes in the natural to establish heavenly order ... in the earthly realm. . In this case discipline around food was needed. Though I'm healthy (I
