The power of an early morning routine

Journal entry - Tuesday 6th June 2017 I've found that my most powerful days are those that begin with my early morning routine. 3-4:30 am - I wake up at 3 am and sit in silence for a while ( Usually 1 to 1 1/2 hrs ). 4:30-5 am I may choose to pray in tongues as well. ( This goes on for 30 mins to 1 hr ) 5-6 am - And I follow this by listening to audiobible or reading my physical bible. 6-7:30 am - Rest. Because I am still in the midst of training myself to accept this routine for life , I do find myself falling asleep at 6 am and then waking up once more around 7:30 am . Interestingly, it is during this 6 am nap that I receive most of my most powerful dreams.  *This is the general outline, though it may vary on some days. Day 2 - 7 Day Cleanse : Going Strong !

  26th June 2017 Day 2❤ Weight - 112 pounds Smoothies+Liquids+HotBroth+LightExercise+BibleStart&EndsDay  - So far So Great 😍  Early days, so no food cravings yet. But am enjoying the extra time I am having from not preparing meals .... Light workouts thus far but I will amp up the workouts tomorrow :) ..... Bible time is definitely better as I feel an urgency to plunge in more deeply in the Word . We're called to continually GROW and INCREASE. And that requires an Intention and Pursuit on our part. 👑   Verdict - Feeling peaceful and my mind is clearer :)  Also noticing there are distractions that try to steal my attention as I devote more time to the Word. It helps to set the mood by turning on instrumental music and even lighting a candle and shutting yourself away. The Ecstacy of Loving God

Journal entry - 25 May 2017 This morning in my 'Holy Hour' with the Lord ... I sat and waited upon him at 3 am , sang in tongues and soon found Him. :) But it was at around 4 or 5 am, that I noticed a special love began to wrap itself around me.... It was so beautiful .... that I am inspired to write about it in my journal entry this day.  I use the title 'The Ecstacy of Loving God' for this particular blog post as it is a commonly used term that describes the intimacy as well as the absolute pleasure and delight that is found in the Lord. The title is also that of a well known book that describes the mystical state of love that come in union with Christ.
