  26th June 2017 Day 2❤ Weight - 112 pounds Smoothies+Liquids+HotBroth+LightExercise+BibleStart&EndsDay  - So far So Great 😍  Early days, so no food cravings yet. But am enjoying the extra time I am having from not preparing meals .... Light workouts thus far but I will amp up the workouts tomorrow :) ..... Bible time is definitely better as I feel an urgency to plunge in more deeply in the Word . We're called to continually GROW and INCREASE. And that requires an Intention and Pursuit on our part. 👑   Verdict - Feeling peaceful and my mind is clearer :)  Also noticing there are distractions that try to steal my attention as I devote more time to the Word. It helps to set the mood by turning on instrumental music and even lighting a candle and shutting yourself away. The power of an early morning routine

Journal entry - Tuesday 6th June 2017 I've found that my most powerful days are those that begin with my early morning routine. 3-4:30 am - I wake up at 3 am and sit in silence for a while ( Usually 1 to 1 1/2 hrs ). 4:30-5 am I may choose to pray in tongues as well. ( This goes on for 30 mins to 1 hr ) 5-6 am - And I follow this by listening to audiobible or reading my physical bible. 6-7:30 am - Rest. Because I am still in the midst of training myself to accept this routine for life , I do find myself falling asleep at 6 am and then waking up once more around 7:30 am . Interestingly, it is during this 6 am nap that I receive most of my most powerful dreams.  *This is the general outline, though it may vary on some days. Day 6 LIQUID CLEANSE - - Cravings are like feelings

 30 June 2017 Day 6 ❤️ Liquid Cleanse - Today I had 1 smoothie + green tea + broth + grape juice + water.  I tried a new smoothie recipe today. I mixed coconut water + banana + frozen nectarines + fresh spinach leaves. It was excellent 🌱🌱🌱🍑🍌 In the afternoon I was upset about something & I felt like breaking the fast. When I realized that I was allowing myself to be upset & was wasting energy being angry, I decided to break out of it. As soon as I made the switch, I lost the desire to break the cleanse. . Isn't that amazing how negative feelings can seem so real and create such sabotage. Yet the minute we snap out of them, they dissolve like clouds and our decisions change. Lesson - Cravings like feelings, come and go! . Relieved that I passed through that & came out victorious. . I have something wonderful to report.🌈 . I actually have much more energy today. The tiredness that came with the first 5 days is gone. And now I'm perfectly fine...
