Day 1 of my 7 Day Cleanse Begins! :)




Day 1 begins ❤️👑😊

Started the early hours with 2 hrs of audio bible. Love waking to spoken scripture, it sets the foundation for a day and is a great comfort . Followed this by studying the Bible ( the book form) for 2 more hours. Onto some green tea now & have my lunch smoothie ingredients prepared ( a blend of coconut water + dates + bananas ). Good ol' nutribullet! I don't Juice at home because I find it time-consuming so I prefer smoothies. 😊 

This afternoon I'll include a light physical workout. .

(🔑Before bed tonight I'll have 2 hrs with the Bible so that the Word of God is deeply embedded as my last thoughts before sleeping. )..... So that's the plan🥇 .
I feel relieved to begin this cleanse. Already my thoughts are clearer. As though I recognize that immaculate order is returning once more. I love cleanses 💧




 
I honestly feel that eating several times daily is just too much for the body to cope with. And I see a clear difference, sharper mind, higher energy levels, clearer words of knowledge, technicolor dreams during and following a cleanse.




I believe it's necessary to perform regular cleanses throughout the year. Like keeping a home, organized and tidy, or maintaining a car or weeding a garden.
 
When I consider Heaven I perceive it as a place of beauty, excellence and immaculate order .... Freedom and joy come with this order😊 

We have to represent Heaven as ambassadors of Christ and maintain that same sense of excellence in our bodies. For this temple hosts the Holy Spirit!... Consider the excellent spirit in the Prophet Daniel that was recognize by the Kings he served ....I believe we are at our most fruitful when our minds are clean and our bodies are strong.... Plus you feel at your best too :) 

 Hurrah!!!! 😍Thank you Jesus for another brilliant day in you!

Day 11 LIQUID CLEANSE - Focus, Cut out Distractions

Day 11 Today I experienced a lot of cravings for food but something's different. I notice that my cravings have changed!  I am salivating for raw vegan food. Right now this seems to me to be real, rich food. At the beginning of what the fast I wanted to have food like sandwiches even meat like chicken but now simply the thought of raw vegan noodles with sauce seems like heaven Wow! It's amazing how your taste just change whenever you do a cleanse. You don't have to try to create a change you do your part by focusing on committing to the cleanse and your body and mind simply transforms in the midst of it all.So don't concern yourself with implementing changes because as you detox your body will make known what it needs by it's new desires! Write it Down, then Run with it!

Journal entry - 24 May 2014 Habakkuk 2:2 - Then the LORD replied: "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.   Today I am reminded to write a clear vision of the goals and plans that I see coming to fruition this year & in the years following.  I have written them before, but I am feeling led to add more details and specificity. When the Lord gives us dreams, desires & hopes, He has planted the seed. But it is up to us to water, tend to them and see that these seeds flourish into a great & mighty tree.  Picture a tree that in it's strength lends great influence - It provides shade, food,nourishment, refreshment as well as beauty to those who come to it.  It's a fruitful tree :) Writing down goals/visions, thus making the end result clear in written or visual form creates a great sense of excitement and joy.
